Terms & Conditions
The terms for applying to Sanjh Logistics, Inc. and for the messages we send you about it. They apply to our application pages, the links we send applicants, and our hiring text messages.
Applying
Our application pages are for people applying to work at one of Sanjh Logistics, Inc.’s delivery stations. Submitting an application does not create an offer of employment, a contract, or any promise of work, and we may decline any application. Please give us information that is true and your own — we verify what we are required to verify, and an application we cannot rely on is one we cannot take forward.
SMS terms
Programme. Sanjh Logistics, Inc. sends text messages to people who have applied for a job with us and who asked us to text them. The messages are about your application: interview times, appointment reminders, and the steps before a start date. It is not a marketing programme and we send no advertising by text.
How you join. By ticking the consent box beside the mobile number you entered on our application page, or by telling one of our recruiters yes in person or on the telephone. Consent is never a condition of applying or of being hired, and we will not text you without it.
How often. Message frequency varies — it depends on where you are in the hiring process. Most applicants receive a small number of messages over a few weeks.
Cost. We do not charge for these messages, but message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
How to stop. Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message. We stop at once and we will send you one confirmation that we have stopped. Stopping the texts does not withdraw or harm your application — we will reach you another way. Reply START to begin receiving them again.
Help. Reply HELP or INFO to any message for help, or contact us at hiring@sanjhlgx.com.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and we do not rely on a text alone for anything that matters to your application.
Your number. Give us only a number that is yours. If you give up that number, please tell us, so that we are not texting somebody else about your application.
Links we send you
Some of our messages carry a personal link — a form to complete or a document to read. Those links are yours alone and should not be forwarded. They stop working once they have been used or once the step they belong to has passed.
Your privacy
What we collect and what we do with it is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: we use it to run our hiring, and mobile information and text-message consent are not sold, and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and material changes to the text-message programme will be told to anyone receiving those messages.
