Privacy Policy
How Sanjh Logistics, Inc. handles the information of people who apply to drive for us. This policy covers our hiring pages, the messages we send applicants, and the records we keep while somebody is going through our hiring process.
Who we are
Sanjh Logistics, Inc. is a delivery company. We run this hiring site to recruit delivery associates for our own delivery stations. We are not a marketing company and we do not run advertising on anyone else’s behalf.
What we collect
When you apply for a job with us, we ask for:
- Your name
- Your mobile telephone number
- Your email address
- Your ZIP code
- The days of the week you are available to work
- Whether you agree to receive text messages about your application
We also record how you reached our application page — a QR code at one of our stations, a job board, or a link we sent you — and a one-way hash of the network address the application came from, which we use only to stop automated spam. We cannot recover the address itself from it.
If your application progresses, we keep interview notes, your stated availability, and the employment records an employer is required to keep — including documents proving your right to work. Sensitive identifiers are stored encrypted and are deleted on a schedule once they are no longer required.
Text messages
We text you only if you asked us to. Consent is given by ticking an unchecked box on our application page next to the number you entered yourself, or by telling one of our recruiters yes in person or on the telephone, which they record against your application with the date and time.
Our system will not send a text to anyone who has no recorded consent. Consent is never a condition of applying or of being hired.
We text about your application only: interview times, reminders, and the steps before a start date. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop the messages and HELP for help.
Mobile information and text-message consent are not sold, and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your information at all. Your mobile number and your consent to be texted are never shared with anyone outside Sanjh Logistics, Inc. except the messaging provider that delivers the message for us, which may not use it for anything else.
Our hiring messages are sent through OpsBrio (OpsBrio LLC, Hamilton, New Jersey), the hiring platform we use, on our behalf and under our instructions. Its own privacy policy and SMS terms are at opsbrio.com/privacy and opsbrio.com/sms-terms, and say the same thing from its side.
How we use what we collect
To decide whether to interview you, to arrange and remind you about appointments, to complete the steps before a start date, and to keep the employment records we are required to keep. That is all.
Who else sees it
- The companies that deliver our messages and host our systems, which may use your information only to provide that service to us.
- If you are hired, the parties we must share employee records with to put you to work and to pay you.
- Anyone we are required by law to give it to.
Nobody else, and never for marketing.
How long we keep it
If we do not take your application forward, your résumé and any files you sent are deleted after a set time; the rest of your application is kept with our hiring records. If you are hired, your records are kept as employment records. Right-to-work documents are deleted automatically once their retention period ends.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any of our texts to stop them; that takes effect at once and does not affect your application. You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
